AI Center's History
AI Center pushes forward to keep up with the advancement in technologies related to IoT, cloud computing and fog computing, to be able to support the analytics under development. Deployment of software in embedded systems, software modularization, user-friendliness of web and mobile applications, improved project planning, managed software development, and automation of deployment pipeline are some of the core aspects that are being focused on at AI Center.
AIT Vision Lab (AVL) is the forerunner of AI Center. AVL was involved in developing applications using machine vision, image processing and pattern recognition algorithms infused with various sensor types (camera, radar, laser) along with web applications to support the analytics. AI Center is founded with a more focused vision of developing high quality applications that taps into the state-of-the-art deep learning and machine learning algorithms for increased robustness and automation.
